I say behavior... passive aggressive, overtly aggresive, etc... behavior intended to cause some sort of injury to someone/something else. You can feel all sorts of things. For example - angry or indignant in traffic when someone cuts you off. Irritated when someone takes an item off a store shelf that you were admiring. When you act on the feelings... that's the agression.
