AGAIN?!? This wasn't supposed to happen!
Yep, again!
Big Dawg is headed back to the desert. I had a really tough time digesting the news this time. As many of you know, we did not get much warning before the last deployment since it was the kick off and this time is no better. We basically got 3 weeks notice.
I'm finally past the crying fits (Thanks TK) and moving on to "Worry wart" status. Acceptance is not far off now. Dante' took the news very hard and wouldn't even speak to D for a while, but he is coping as well. James is his usual happy-go-lucky self and only remarked "Man!" when he got the news.
It will be tough without the physical presence of my support group, but having all of you in the blogsphere will mean the world to me. Even if it's just a virtual shoulder to cry on.
BTW, this would be a great time to come visit OK! (hint-hint) :)

I can't tell you how good it feels to know I have such a great support system. All of you are welcome in my home anytime.
James will be in summer school so we will be confined to OK until Augusst, but on the bright side Mom and Dad will be coming to OK.
BTW Kelly, I was planning on calling you re: Dante'. He wants to visit. Let me know what you think!

Yvonne, I know it sucks but you got your head on right. STAY STRONG.....Unfortunatly I know what your going thru...Donte may go back in Aug/Sept time frame. Less than a year after he returned. Call me anytime!!!
