Ice, Ice Baby!

The lastest winter storm to come through Oklahoma was doozy. We lost power on Friday, the first day and it's gotten progressively worse. Thankfully, the power was restored after about 5 hours. We were able to copy by playing an intense game of Monopoly Seattle edition.

James ventured out Saturday afternoon with some friends of his, which ended with a popped tire and minor damage to his friends car. Of course, the following day James was crazy enough to ask if he could then drive to the gym. His arguement was "how else do you expect me to learn to drive in ice and snow". Being the loving mother I am, I responded "how about when you are the on paying for the repairs". He gave up!

The ice on the ground is about an inch think and beautiful to look at. Enjoy!
